Do you know these characteristics of latex adhesive?

First of all, this tile glue can be mainly used to paste ceramic tiles, face tiles,

First of all, this tile glue can be mainly used to paste ceramic tiles, face tiles, floor tiles and other decorative materials, characterized by high bond strength, water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, aging resistance, and convenient construction; In addition, it also has three varieties, which are divided into No. 1 ordinary type, No. 2 enhanced type and No. 3 larger size type. For specific household use, it depends on the brick. The ceramic tile back glue is a composite product, which can be used with many kinds of bonding materials. It is generally used for the back treatment of wet pasted vitrified tiles, which can effectively improve the bonding strength between vitrified tiles and bonding materials. This kind of glue is more suitable for vitrified tiles, antique tiles, artificial stones, marbles and so on with low water absorption

1. Control of wood: the moisture content should be controlled below 14%; The splicing surface shall be kept flat without wavy surface, bending or twisting surface. For the wood that is easy to deform (such as oak, Fraxinus mandshurica, etc.), it shall be planed on the same day, and it shall be planed again overnight; The dust on the surface of wood should be removed before splicing.

2. Mixing method: when mixing the curing agent, the mixing amount is determined according to the size of the container. Only one third of the volume can be used for mixing in the mixing device, otherwise it will cause the slurry reaction foaming and overflow. Please choose flat bottomed round plastic bucket to mix the glue. This kind of container can easily mix the curing agent evenly. Do not add water or other substances to the glue, otherwise it will cause solidification or sharp drop in strength. It is generally required to use up the glue with curing agent within 12 hours. Unused curing agent must be strictly sealed and stored, no water can be mixed in, so as to avoid hardening and scrapping. Once the amount of curing agent is confirmed, it can not be arbitrarily changed, otherwise it will seriously affect the key functions such as bonding strength and water resistance.

Compared with latex adhesive, dolomite adhesive is an instant adhesive used for dry hanging of stone, which is mainly used for structural bonding and fixation of stone in curtain wall installation engineering. Dolomite adhesive is a kind of epoxy resin adhesive. It needs mixed curing agent when it is used. It is a two-component adhesive. Dolomite glue is mainly used for stone, so can dolomite glue be used for bonding ceramic tiles? I believe that if the construction personnel should be more clear about the type of glue, each kind of glue corresponds to a special type, and the special type is used for the purpose, this is the correct use. I've seen the phenomenon of mixed use of dolomite glue and stone dry hanging glue. It's also glue. Most of the glue construction workers have this psychology. Moreover, dolomite glue is easy to use and cheap. There should be a lot of phenomena of using dolomite glue to bond ceramic tiles, right?

Latex adhesive, its advantages and tile glue are very similar, are water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, aging resistance is good, construction is not troublesome, the bond strength is also very high, but before the application of tile back with wet cloth wipe clean, so as not to affect the subsequent construction.

3. Control of gluing amount: the user should determine the gluing amount according to the space temperature and humidity at that time of the day. When the space temperature is low, the humidity is high (below 80%) and the wood is hard, the glue amount is less; When the space temperature is high, the humidity is low (below 60%) and the wood is soft, the amount of glue should be more.

4. Gelatinization method: due to the high viscosity (consistency) of the glue, the manual gelatinizer, pig hair brush or rubber scraper are used for uniform gelatinization, and the gelatinization amount is generally controlled between 150g-250g / M (120g-150g / m for hardwood and 120g-250g / m for softwood). After the workpiece is coated with glue, it should be spliced as soon as possible to prevent the colloidal surface from forming a film, so as to avoid false splicing and easy opening of glue.

5. Pressurization method and pressurization time: no matter what kind of pressurization method is adopted, it is necessary to keep the multi-point uniform pressurization of a pressure point of 30-50cm. The pressurization time control depends on the temperature and air humidity of the work site. Except for the pressurization time of the disc collage machine which is 30-40 minutes, other pressurization methods are normally defined as 2-4 hours (at 25 ℃, humidity below 60%). Under the condition of high temperature and low humidity, the pressing time can be shortened to about one hour; On the contrary, it will take 4 hours or more.

6. Check during pressurization: during pressurization, pay attention to prevent the wood strip from being pulled out. If it is pulled out, loosen the pressure and reset it. Do not force it to reset under pressure; If there is no glue overflow, it means that the amount of glue is not enough or the waiting time is too long after gluing. If there is this phenomenon, it should be corrected immediately. Pressurization inspection process can not be ignored.
