1. Internal mixing method

In the process of producing emulsified asphalt, the product can be added into the prepared emulsifier aqueous solution, mixed evenly and emulsified together with asphalt to make stable styrene butadiene modified emulsified asphalt(compared with the external mixing method, the internal mixing method has good stability, but the amount of this product and emulsifier is large, and the production process requirements are more strict).

2. Mixing method

The product can be directly added into the produced emulsified asphalt according to a certain proportion and mixed evenly. This product can also be added before using emulsified asphalt(Compared with the internal mixing method, the external mixing method has poor stability, but the process is simple, the amount of this product and emulsifier is less, and the cost is low).

The finished products should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to the sun, freezing and direct contact with heat source during transportation. The storage period is more than 6 months.
