Adhesive for Separator of lithium ion battery
The adhesive used for the separator of lithium ion battery is usually copolymerized by emulsion copolymerization technology with polyacrylic acid as the main monomer. However, it is difficult to achieve the balance of properties of polymer latex. By grafting polymerization technology, we grafts hydrophilic monomer onto the surface of hydrophobic polymer to prepare a polymer latex with high peeling strength and low thermal shrinkage. Our adhesivehelps separator slurrynot only good compatibility with the base film, but also lower swelling degree and dissolution rate after drying in the electrolyte.
